  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Coriander powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Burger buns (4, toasted)
  • Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
  • Lettuce leaves (4, for topping)
  • Tomato (1, sliced)
  • Onion (1, sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
