Ingredients

Hot dogs

Tandoori marinade
1/2 cup
Hot dog buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the hot dogs in the Tandoori marinade for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Grill the marinated hot dogs for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your preference and have nice grill marks.
  4. While the hot dogs are grilling, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing together the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for about 1 minute, or until they are lightly browned and crispy.
  6. Place each grilled hot dog in a toasted bun, generously top with the yogurt sauce, and finish with sliced red onions.
