Tandoori Honeydew Melon Skewers

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large, cut into 1-inch cubes Honeydew melon

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Add the honeydew melon cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated honeydew melon cubes onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes per side, or until the melon is slightly charred and caramelized. Be sure to turn them occasionally for even grilling.
- Remove from the grill and immediately garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
