Experience the vibrant flavors of India with this Tandoori Kabocha Squash recipe. The natural sweetness of the kabocha squash pairs beautifully with the rich, aromatic spices of tandoori masala, creating a dish that is both comforting and exotic. Roasted to perfection, each wedge of squash is caramelized on the outside while remaining tender and creamy on the inside. Garnished with fresh cilantro, this dish is not only a feast for the palate but also a visual delight, making it an excellent vegetarian main course or a stunning side dish for any meal. Historically, tandoori cooking dates back to ancient India, where clay ovens were used to create smoky, charred flavors that are now beloved around the world.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
