Instructions
- Slice the lemons into halves and squeeze out the juice, making sure to reserve the juice for the marinade.
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, freshly grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and the freshly squeezed lemon juice. This aromatic mixture will serve as your marinade.
- Add the lemon halves to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them soak up the flavors for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated lemon halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are slightly charred and tender.
