Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Add the turnip wedges to the bowl and toss until they are thoroughly coated with the marinade. For the best flavor, let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
