- Patatas bravas
- 2 cups
- Garlic shrimp
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined

- 4 ounces, thinly sliced
- Roasted red peppers
- 1 cup, sliced
- Marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup
- Olives
- 1 cup, mixed variety
- Chorizo
- 4 ounces, sliced
- Manchego cheese
- 8 ounces, sliced
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (for garlic shrimp)
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced (for garlic shrimp)
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon (for garlic shrimp)
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (for garlic shrimp)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with paprika, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and remove from heat.
- On a large serving platter, artfully arrange the sliced Manchego cheese, chorizo, olives, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, Serrano ham, garlic shrimp, patatas bravas, and wedges of Spanish tortilla.
