Ingredients
- Ground beef or lamb

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb with the finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce to the meat mixture. Stir thoroughly until all components are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty or ball, ensuring they are compact.
