Ingredients

  • Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • Ginger (1 tablespoon, freshly grated)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Pineapple juice (1 cup)
  • Teriyaki sauce (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar.
  2. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the marinade over your choice of meat, making sure it's fully covered.
  4. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. After marinating, cook the meat as desired. The marinade can also be boiled and used as a sauce.
