
Teriyaki Burger
A juicy burger glazed with teriyaki sauce, topped with grilled pineapple and onion for a Hawaiian inspired meal.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Hamburger buns (4)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce leaves (4)
- Red onion (1, sliced)
- Pineapple slices (4)
- Teriyaki sauce (1/2 cup)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties and brush each with teriyaki sauce.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, grill the pineapple slices and onion until they are lightly charred.
- Spread mayonnaise on the buns, then top with the lettuce, tomato, burger patty, grilled pineapple, and onion.
- Serve immediately with extra teriyaki sauce on the side.
