Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Rice

Carrots

Broccoli
1 cup, cut into florets
Bell pepper
1 cup, sliced (any color)
Green onions
2, sliced (for garnish)
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Honey
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the julienned carrots, broccoli florets, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the prepared teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
