Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves (1 cup)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Fish sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Thai bird's eye chili (2, thinly sliced)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Chicken breast (1 lb, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced chili to the hot oil and stir fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and stir fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
