 - 8-10 large leaves
 - Green onions
 - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
 - Carrots
 - 1/2 cup, julienned
 - Red bell pepper
 - 1/2 cup, diced
 - Fresh Ginger
 - 1 tablespoon, grated
 - Garlic
 - 2 cloves, minced
 - Honey
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Lime juice
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Fish sauce
 - 1 tablespoon
 - Soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon
 - Chicken breast
 - 1 lb, diced
 
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
 - Add the diced chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken, reserving any leftover marinade. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Add the diced red bell pepper, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
 - Pour the reserved marinade over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
 - To assemble the wraps, spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with crushed peanuts and chopped cilantro.
