Fish sauce

Soy sauce

Chicken breast
1 lb, diced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken, reserving any leftover marinade. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
