Fresh thyme sprigs
2-3
Water
1 cup
Greek coffee
1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Bring a cup of water to a boil in a small coffee pot or cezve.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the Greek coffee and fresh thyme sprigs.
  3. Stir the mixture well to ensure the coffee and thyme are fully incorporated.
  4. Allow the brew to simmer for about 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  5. Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a minute. This allows the coffee grounds to settle at the bottom.
  6. Carefully pour the coffee into a cup, leaving the settled grounds behind in the pot.
  7. Add sugar according to your preference and stir well.
  8. Serve your Thessaloniki Thyme Coffee hot and savor the unique blend of flavors.
