Potatoes
2 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes

Fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
