- Portobello mushrooms
- 4 large, cleaned and stems removed
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice

- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
