- 1/4 cup, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves to the pot. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
