- Pasta water
- 1 cup, reserved
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.

- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it gently to coat in the garlic-infused olive oil.
