
Toma Cheese
A simple and delicious pasta dish featuring creamy Toma cheese.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (a handful, chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Toma cheese (200 grams, grated)
- Pasta (400 grams)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
- Add the pasta to the pan with the garlic and toss to coat.
- Add the grated Toma cheese to the pan, stirring until it melts and creates a creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with the chopped parsley.
