Ingredients
- 1, sliced into 1/2 inch thick pieces Baguette
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup plus extra for brushing the bread Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped Fresh basil leaves
- 4 medium-sized, finely diced Ripe tomatoes

Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, 1/4 cup of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
