Ingredients
- Baguette
- 1, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices

- 4 tablespoons, divided
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced

- Fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Red onion
- 1/4 cup, finely diced
- Cucumber
- 1, peeled and diced
- Tomatoes
- 2 cups, diced
- Balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
