
Tomato Basil Pasta with Parmesan

Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Fresh basil (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Tomatoes (4 medium, diced)
- Pasta (8 ounces)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
