Ingredients

Sour cream
1/2 cup
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Lime juice
1 tablespoon
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Red onion
1 small, finely diced
Tomatoes
2 medium, diced
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Refried beans
1 cup
Tostada shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until they become crispy.
  3. Spread an equal amount of refried beans on each tostada shell.
  4. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beans on each tostada.
  5. While the tostadas are baking, prepare the salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
