Ingredients
- Cinnamon powder (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Ground cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon)
- Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
- Evaporated milk (2 tablespoons)
- Sweetened condensed milk (2 tablespoons)
- Whole milk (1 cup)
- Espresso or strong brewed coffee (1 shot or 1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the hot milk mixture into a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to create froth.
- Pour the espresso or coffee into a mug.
- Slowly pour the frothy milk mixture over the espresso or coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.
