Tres Leches Latte

Ingredients
- 1 shot or 1/2 cup Espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1/4 cup Evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon, plus extra for garnish Ground cinnamon
- Enough for topping Whipped cream

Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the saucepan. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the hot milk mixture into a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Pour the brewed espresso or coffee into a large mug.
- Slowly pour the frothy milk mixture over the coffee, using a spoon to hold back the foam to create a layered effect.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon for garnish.
