Instructions
- Prepare all the fruits by peeling and cutting them into bite-sized pieces: slice the banana, dice the kiwi and mango, cut the orange into segments, and dice the pineapple.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, kiwi, banana, and orange segments. Gently toss to mix the fruits without bruising them.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice and honey until well combined and smooth. This dressing will bring a delightful tang to the fruit.
- Pour the lime and honey mixture over the fruit salad and gently toss to ensure all the fruit is coated with the dressing.
- Finally, sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the top of the fruit salad for a refreshing finish. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Tips
- For added texture, consider including a handful of chopped nuts, such as macadamia or walnuts.
- To make it more indulgent, you can add a dollop of coconut yogurt or whipped cream on top before serving.
- Feel free to substitute any of the fruits with seasonal alternatives like strawberries, papaya, or passionfruit.
