Flour tortillas
4 large
Grilled chicken breast
2 cups, diced
Fresh pineapple
1 cup, diced
Mango
1 cup, diced
Red bell pepper
1, diced
Red onion
1/2, finely chopped
Avocado
1, diced
Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Lime juice
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat or microwave for 20-30 seconds until pliable.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced grilled chicken, pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
  3. Drizzle the mixture with lime juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine all ingredients, being careful not to mash the avocado.
