Tulgaa Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped Fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced Olives
- 1 large, thinly sliced Bell pepper
- 1 small, thinly sliced Red onion
- 2 medium, diced Tomato
- 1 large, diced Cucumber
- 4 cups, torn into bite-sized pieces Lettuce

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
