Tulgaa Salad

Ingredients
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Olives
- 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
- Bell pepper
- 1 large, thinly sliced
- Red onion
- 1 small, thinly sliced
- Tomato
- 2 medium, diced
- Cucumber
- 1 large, diced
- Lettuce
- 4 cups, torn into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, prepare the dressing. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over the mixed salad ingredients. Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Garnish with the finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately to enjoy the salad at its freshest and crunchiest.
