Instructions
- Combine the drained canned tuna, pitted green olives, garlic cloves, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, capers, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Pulse the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency. For a chunkier tapenade, pulse less; for a smoother spread, pulse more.
