This delicious tuna and green olive tapenade is a perfect appetizer or spread for sandwiches.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Capers (1 tablespoon)
- Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Green olives (1 cup, pitted)
- Canned tuna (2 cans (5 oz each), drained)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the tuna, green olives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, capers, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until well combined and the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
