- 1 (15-ounce) can, drained and rinsed Canned white beans
- 1, diced Cucumber
- 1 cup, halved Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped Red onion
- 1/2 cup, pitted and halved Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed Lemon juice

Instructions
