Ingredients
- Canned tuna
- 2 cans (5 oz each), drained
- Breadcrumbs

- Egg

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture holds together.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and gently shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.
