- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cheddar cheese (4 slices)
- Bread slices (4 slices (your choice of bread))
- Butter (2 tablespoons, softened)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped red onion, celery, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly onto two slices of your chosen bread.
- Place two slices of cheddar cheese on top of the tuna mixture on each slice of bread.
- Top each with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
