Ingredients
- Canned tuna
- 1 can (5 oz), drained
- Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard

- Red onion

- Celery

- Fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt

- Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices (or more to taste)
- Bread slices
- 4 slices (your choice of bread)
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons, softened
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped red onion, chopped celery, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly onto two slices of bread.
- Layer two slices of cheddar cheese over the tuna mixture on each sandwich.
- Top with the remaining two slices of bread to form two sandwiches.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the softened butter.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty, about 3-4 minutes per side. Press down gently with a spatula for even grilling.
