Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 shot (about 1 ounce)
Milk
1 cup
Turkish delight syrup
2 tablespoons
Whipped cream
to taste
Crushed pistachios
1 tablespoon, for garnish

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  3. Pour the hot milk into a blender. Add the Turkish delight syrup and blend on high speed until frothy and well combined, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the brewed espresso or coffee into a large mug.
  5. Slowly pour the frothy milk mixture over the espresso or coffee, allowing it to create a beautiful layered effect.
