- 3, chopped Green onions
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon, toasted Sesame seeds

Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, tossing with a splash of oil to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
