2 packets
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon
Green onions
2, sliced
Toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles as per the package instructions. Once done, drain and keep them aside.
  2. Prepare the garlic sauce by combining minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk them together until well combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Pour in the prepared garlic sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
