Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
