Udon with Seafood Broth

- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 cups Fish stock
- 1 cup, cleaned Mussels
- 1 cup, cleaned Scallops
- 1 cup, peeled and deveined Shrimp
- 2 servings (about 8 oz) Udon noodles

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the fish stock to a boil over medium-high heat.
