Ingredients
- Beef sirloin

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar until well combined. This will be your marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
