Upton Udon Noodles with Clams

Instructions
- Prepare the udon noodles as per the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it releases its aroma.
- Introduce the fresh clams to the pan and douse with white wine. Cover the pan and allow the clams to steam until they open, which should take around 10 minutes.
- Remove the opened clams from the pan and set them aside. Any clams that remain closed should be discarded as they are not safe to eat.
- In the same pan with the clam-infused broth, stir in the soy sauce and half of the chopped green onions.
- Toss in the cooked udon noodles into the pan, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the flavorful sauce.
- Return the cooked clams back to the pan and toss gently to combine everything. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
