Vegan Caesar Salad
This delightful Vegan Caesar Salad captures the essence of the classic dish while offering a fresh, plant-based twist. Crisp romaine lettuce is combined with vibrant cherry tomatoes, creamy avocado, and crunchy cucumbers, all topped with a rich and tangy homemade vegan Caesar dressing. Perfectly complemented by crunchy croutons, this salad is not just a side; it’s a celebration of flavors and textures that will leave your taste buds dancing. Historically, the Caesar salad is believed to have originated in the 1920s in Tijuana, Mexico, created by Caesar Cardini. This vegan version pays homage to that classic while embracing a healthier, compassionate lifestyle.
