Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Vegan butter
- 1/2 cup, melted
- Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Plant-based milk
- 1 cup
- All-purpose flour
- 1 cup
- Cauliflower
- 1 head, cut into florets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined into a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Let any excess batter drip off before placing the florets onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter, stirring until well mixed.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Return the buffalo sauce coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the wings become crispy and golden.
- Serve the Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings hot, with vegan ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side. Enjoy your meatless wing night!
