
Vegan Cauliflower Steak
A delicious and hearty vegan main course, this cauliflower steak is seasoned with a blend of powerful spices and roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Cauliflower (1 large head)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the stem off so the cauliflower can sit flat, then cut the cauliflower into thick slices.
- Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Brush this mixture onto both sides of each cauliflower slice.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower slices on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until tender and slightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
