Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened vegan butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the flaxseed meal and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken, creating a vegan egg substitute.
