Ingredients
- Rye bread
- 8 slices
- Vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup
- Sauerkraut
- 1 cup
- Mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Coriander
- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Paprika
- 2 teaspoons
- Seitan
- 8 ounces, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, coriander, and mustard powder to create a spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over the sliced seitan, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Place the seasoned seitan on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy.
- While the seitan is baking, spread the vegan mayo evenly on one side of each slice of rye bread.
