- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
- 1, thinly sliced Red onion
- 2 (1 red, 1 green), thinly sliced Bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 8 small (corn or flour, as preferred) Tortillas
- 1, sliced Avocado
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
- 1 cup (store-bought or homemade) Salsa

Instructions
- Start by slicing the pressed tofu into thin strips.

- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the tofu and vegetables, stirring well to coat.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- In a separate skillet or in the oven, warm the tortillas until soft and pliable.
