
Veggie and Feta Pizza
This delicious veggie and feta pizza is loaded with colorful vegetables and tangy feta cheese.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh basil (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Feta cheese (1 cup, crumbled)
- Zucchini (1, thinly sliced)
- Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Yellow bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
- Red bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
- Tomato sauce (1/2 cup)
- Pizza dough (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Arrange the sliced bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
