- Boiled eggs
- 4, peeled and quartered
- Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup, pitted
- Capers
- 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt

- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, green beans, quartered boiled eggs, Kalamata olives, capers, and chopped fresh basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until the dressing is emulsified.
