Wang Lao Ji Herbal Tea

Instructions
- Combine the water, dried Chinese mesona, dried chrysanthemum flowers, dried honeysuckle flowers, and crushed lo han guo in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low.
- Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. This allows the flavors to infuse beautifully and create a rich, aromatic tea.
- After simmering, strain the tea into a large pitcher. Be sure to discard the solids.
- Stir in the granulated sugar until it is completely dissolved. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
