Wasabi Ahi Poke Bowl

- 2, thinly sliced Green onions
- 1, julienned Carrot
- 1, thinly sliced Cucumber
- 1, thinly sliced Avocado
- 2 tablespoons Wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 pound, cubed Ahi tuna

Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and wasabi paste to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed ahi tuna to the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- While the tuna is marinating, prepare your toppings. Slice the cucumber, green onions, and avocado. Julienne the carrot.
- To assemble your poke bowl, start by placing a generous scoop of warm cooked rice at the bottom of your bowl.
- Arrange the marinated ahi tuna on top of the rice.
