
Wasabi and Avocado Wraps
These refreshing and flavorful wraps are filled with creamy avocado and a kick of wasabi.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
- Fresh cilantro (handful, chopped)
- Red bell pepper (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Carrot (1/2, julienned)
- Cucumber (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Wasabi paste (1 teaspoon)
- Avocado (1, ripe)
- Tortilla wraps (2)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the wasabi paste until well combined.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto the tortilla wraps.
- Layer the cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and cilantro on top of the avocado mixture.
- Drizzle lime juice over the filling and season with salt and black pepper.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and slice in half diagonally.
