- Tortilla wraps

- Avocado
- 2 ripe, peeled and pitted
- Wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons
- Cucumber
- 1, julienned
- Carrot
- 1, julienned
- Red bell pepper
- 1, sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup, chopped
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt

- Black pepper

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocados with the wasabi paste using a fork until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps on a clean surface or plate.
- Spread an even layer of the avocado and wasabi mixture onto each tortilla wrap, covering the entire surface.
- Evenly distribute the julienned cucumber, carrot, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro on top of the avocado mixture, ensuring a colorful presentation.
