Watermelon
4 cups, cubed
Fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup, torn
Red onion
1/2, thinly sliced
Feta cheese
1 cup, crumbled
Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
Lime juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Salt
1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, torn basil leaves, and thinly sliced red onion. Gently toss to mix the ingredients without mashing the watermelon.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined to form a dressing.
