- Watermelon

- 1/2 cup, torn
- Red onion
- 1/2, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese
- 1 cup, crumbled
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, torn basil leaves, and thinly sliced red onion. Gently toss to mix the ingredients without mashing the watermelon.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined to form a dressing.
